1. 🚀 WLFI Debuts Macro Strategy Fund 

   World Liberty Financial (WLFI), launched the Macro Strategy fund to invest in Bitcoin, Ether, and other cryptocurrencies. The fund aims to diversify holdings and support DeFi growth.

2. 🦄 Uniswap Launches Unichain Mainnet

   Uniswap Labs has launched Unichain, its L2. With one-second block times and borrowing features, Unichain could generate $500 million annually by redirecting fees from Ethereum validators. It joins Optimism’s Superchain to improve interoperability and cross-chain swaps.

3. 💵 Fed Chair Rules Out CBDC

   Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell assured the Senate that no central bank digital currency (CBDC) would be issued while he remains in office, with his term ending in May 2026. Speaking at a Feb. 11 hearing, Powell also addressed concerns over debanking policies with crypto firms.

4. 📈 GameStop Shares Jumps 18%

   GameStop shares jumped 18% on speculation it may invest in crypto, including Bitcoin. A Solana-based GameStop memecoin also spiked. The company previously shut down its NFT marketplace and wallet due to regulations.

5. 🔥 Peter Thiel & Paolo Ardoino Back New USDt-Centric Blockchain

   Plasma raised $24M to build a Bitcoin-based blockchain offering zero-fee USDt transactions. Led by Framework Ventures, the round included Bitfinex, Peter Thiel, and Tether’s CEO. While users pay no fees, service providers like Curve and Aave will be charged.

TST Token: Before the Broccoli craze, the TST token from an educational video mentioned by CZ briefly reached a $500 million market cap after a Binance listing.

Broccoli Tokens Pump: CZ scheduled a post featuring his dog, sparking chaos in the meme world. Dozens of Broccoli-themed tokens launched, with one hitting over a $400M market cap but most others down 80% or more.

CZ’s influence on Binance remains significant, as meme coins surge following just one of his posts. This serves as a reminder of how quickly the hype around meme coins can fade. It’s a game where insiders hold the greatest advantage.
