1. 🐶 Pumpfun Eyes $1B Token Raise at $4B Valuation

   Pumpfun is reportedly planning a $1B token sale at a $4B valuation, sources told Blockworks. The memecoin launchpad has generated over $700M in revenue, helping users mint 11M+ tokens on Solana. A token drop may go live anytime from now.

2. 📈 Circle IPO Skyrockets 167% on Debut

   Stablecoin giant Circle soared on its NYSE debut, closing up 167% at $82 after opening at $31 under the CRCL ticker. Fueled by strong demand including interest from BlackRock and ARK Invest Circle upsized its IPO to $1.05B.

3. 🌍 Robinhood Buys Bitstamp for $200M to Go Global

   Robinhood has acquired Bitstamp the world’s oldest crypto exchange for $200M in cash. The deal brings 50+ licenses and expands Robinhood’s crypto reach across Europe, the UK, and Asia.

4. 🏠 APS Buys $3.4M in Tokenized Real Estate via MetaWealth

   European asset manager APS just made the first direct institutional purchase of retail accessible tokenized real estate, buying $3.4M worth on MetaWealth. The deal involves two Italian properties and brings big money credibility to the growing RWA space.

5.  🤖 DePIN Market Could Hit $3.5T by 2028, Says WEF

   The World Economic Forum says DePIN could explode from $50B today to $3.5T by 2028, fueled by the rise of decentralized AI. Projects like Peaq and Geodnet show how community run networks are reshaping cloud, compute, and connectivity.

Narrative Of The Week: Trump Vs Musk

A public clash between Trump and Musk lit up X this week, hitting stocks, crypto, and sentiment hard. Here’s what went down

Budget Blowup: Musk slammed a budget bill over spending and EV subsidy cuts, including Tesla’s $7,500 credit. Trump clapped back by threatening to cut Tesla, SpaceX, and Starlink contracts.

Markets React: Tesla crashed 14.3%, wiping $150B in market cap. Trump Media dropped 7%. Bitcoin slipped to $100.4K, ETH to $2.39K, with 150K+ liquidations.

The Trump Musk feud escalated fast, but it doesn’t change the bigger picture for crypto. Bullish setups are still in play, and whether or not these two are on good terms, the market looks primed to go higher from here.
