⚖️ Caroline Ellison Sentenced to two years for role in FTX Fraud

Caroline Ellison, the former CEO of Alameda Research, was sentenced to 24 months in prison for her involvement in the FTX collapse. Despite her cooperation with the government, the judge ruled that she was still responsible for her role in the fraud.

🍾 SEC Approves Options for BlackRock’s Spot Bitcoin ETF

The SEC has approved Nasdaq to list and trade options on BlackRock's spot Bitcoin ETF, called the iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT). The decision marks a significant step for Bitcoin-related financial products.

🔓 BingX Confirms the Resumption of Withdrawals after Hack

BingX, a popular crypto exchange, will resume withdrawals. After a recent hack that led to $52 million in losses, the exchange assured users that most funds were protected. BingX is working with security firms to recover funds and cover any losses with its reserves.

🌐 Assetera launches Secondary RWA Market on Polygon

Polygon will host Assetera, Europe's first regulated secondary market for tokenized real-world assets (RWAs). Assetera will offer tokenized financial instruments like securities and derivatives ,along with RWAs such as real estate and art.

🪙 TrueCoin and TrustToken Settle with SEC

The SEC settled with TrustToken and TrueCoin for defrauding investors about the backing of TrueUSD. The SEC alleged they falsely claimed TrueUSD was fully backed by US dollars while knowing of issues with the offshore fund backing it.

🔍 SEC Says Crypto Mining Devices are Securities

Green United failed to get an SEC fraud suit dropped, which claims its crypto mining hardware, were part of a securities transaction. The SEC alleges the company misled investors, raising $18 million for equipment that didn’t mine tokens as promised, instead distributing worthless tokens.

🎰 Iggy Azalea Unveils New Online Casino

Iggy Azalea is launching Motherland, an online casino using her $MOTHER token, in November. The casino will offer games like slots and sports betting, aiming to create a digital homeland for the crypto community.

🔵 Paypal Enables Business Accounts to Support Crypto Custody

PayPal has announced that U.S. merchants can now buy, hold, and sell cryptocurrency directly from their PayPal business accounts. Merchants can also transfer cryptocurrencies to third-party wallets.

💰 Guggenheim Tokenizes $20M of Commercial Paper on Ethereum

Guggenheim Treasury Services has launched $20 million in tokenized commercial paper on the Ethereum. This issuance, marks a significant step in Guggenheim's continued engagement with crypto and Bitcoin through its Macro Opportunities Funds.

Announcing One To The $1 Million Podcast 📝

I had lost my extremely successful business practically overnight..

I had 5 kids, my wife was a stay at home mom and I had ZERO income...

I was depressed, and felt hopeless.

Not knowing what to do I started reading a book a week on success, money, business, finance and trying every single idea I found online to make money.

It was during this that I came up with an insane challenge for myself.

I would try to go from $1 to $1,000,000 in a single year.

People told me I was stupid and it was impossible.

I decided to do it anyway.

I documented the entire journey online. Each week showing how much I made or lost.

I tried every side hustle you can imagine.

Google Ads, Facebook ads, Pinterest Ads, physical products, flipping things on Facebook, started multiple businesses from marketing to making simple websites.

My social media accounts blew up, going from 1000 to 10,000 to 100,000 plus.

By one year I had failed at hitting my $1,000,000 goal, but did end up making it to $147,000.

It was an insane journey that changed my life and taught me a lot about money, investing, finance and crypto.

And I didn't stop there.

I was proud of what I accomplished and kept going.

Leaning heavy into investing into crypto.

By 1 year, 6 months and 3 weeks I ended up crossing the $1,000,000 mark.

It was a wild experience and I haven't looked back since.

Today I'm full time in the crypto space as an investor in the liquid markets, and still learning everything I can about finance, macro, and all the new emerging tech.

With all that being said I've decided after lots of thought to rebrand my podcast from Never Die to The One To $1 Million Podcast which I feel better suits me and the journey i've been on.

It will still be 100% crypto focused, still following my journey as I invest, just a new name and I'll be experimenting with some new types of content and formats in the coming months.
