🤠 Texas Passes Bill to Create Strategic Bitcoin Reserve
Texas lawmakers have passed SB 21, a bill to establish a state run Bitcoin reserve, with a 101–42 vote in the House. It now heads to Governor Greg Abbott for approval. The reserve will hold only cryptocurrencies with a $500B+ market cap over the past year currently just Bitcoin.

FIFA is migrating its NFT marketplace and FIFA Collect to a new Avalanche L1 built for fan engagement. Algorand wallets will no longer be supported. The change follows FIFA’s push into Web3, including its FIFA Rivals mobile game.
💵 Tether Tops Germany in U.S. Treasury Holdings
Tether now holds over $120B in U.S. Treasurys more than Germany ranking it 19th globally. Its diverse reserves, helped it weather Q1’s volatility and generate $1B in profit. With stablecoin regulation pending, including the STABLE Act and GENIUS Act, Tether could see more demand soon.
🇺🇸 GENIUS Act Set to Pass
Crypto Czar David Sacks says the stablecoin focused GENIUS Act is set to pass the Senate with bipartisan support. The bill could drive trillions into U.S. Treasurys by giving legal clarity to the $200B+ stablecoin market.
In this week’s video, I’m breaking down why my model expects Bitcoin to surge, what it means for the market, and why I think it’s pointing in the right direction.
In this week’s video, I’m sharing exactly what I’m doing to get ready for the upcoming alt season, from cleaning up my portfolio to finalizing my altcoin strategy, and my checklist for exiting crypto before the bear market hits.
Bitcoin took center stage this week, smashing past its all time high. Here’s what happened
New ATH Hit: BTC broke its January 2025 record of $109K, hitting $111,861 on May 22, up 18.39% for the year.
What’s Fueling It: Pro crypto Trump policies, $2.8B in BTC ETF inflows, and U.S. debt worries are driving the rally.
CT Reaction: While some celebrated, most of Crypto Twitter was uneasy, BTC soared, but alts barely moved, leaving many sidelined and frustrated.
Bitcoin's move is historic, but for many, it doesn’t feel like a bull run yet. Until alts begin to move, I don’t think we’ll see anything like in 2017 or 2021.

Update on the @CetusProtocol exploit:
SUI CPO @EmanAbio reports that out of the estimated $220M–$230M stolen, around $150M–$160M have been frozen and will be restored to Cetus pools soon.
The root cause appears to be a smart contract bug.
