NEWS📰

  1. 📉 Fed Cuts Rates

The Federal Reserve lowered interest rates by 25 basis points to 4-4.25%, with Chair Jerome Powell highlighting a divided FOMC on further 2025 cuts (10 members expect two or more, nine predict fewer). The SEP forecasts rates at 3.6% by year end, with uncertainty clouding long-term plans.

  2. 🔵 Base Explores Native Token

Coinbase’s L2 network Base is considering a native token to enhance decentralization and community participation announced at BaseCamp 2025. Brian Armstrong CEO of Coinbase on X said it’s only a mere consideration at this point and nothing is set in stone.

  3. 💎 Solana Treasuries Hit $4B with 17.11M SOL Holdings

Corporate Solana treasuries reached 17.11M SOL tokens, valued at $4.03B, or 3% of circulating supply, per Strategic Solana Reserve data. Forward Industries leads with 6.8M SOL ($1.61B), backed by Galaxy Digital, while Helius Medical Technologies launched a $500M reserve via Pantera Capital.

  4. 💊 Pumpfun Streaming Ignites Memecoin Resurgence

Pumpfun smashed $1.02B in trading volume on Monday after $942M on Sunday, as the memecoin market cap peaked at $83B. TVL soared to a record $334M, outpacing Hyperliquid in revenue, while $4M in creator rewards fueled livestream growth.

  5. 📈 SEC’s Streamlined ETF Process May Spark Crypto Surge

Bitwise’s Matt Hougan predicts a wave of new crypto ETFs if the SEC adopts generic listing standards by October, slashing approval times to 75 days. However, he warns that success hinges on underlying asset demand, not just ETF launches. XRP and Dogecoin ETFs are set to debut soon.

  6. SEC Greenlights Grayscale’s Multi-Asset Crypto ETP

The SEC approved Grayscale’s Digital Large Cap Fund, the first US multi asset crypto ETP, offering exposure to Bitcoin, Ether, XRP, Solana, and Cardano. The approval, leveraging new generic listing standards, simplifies investor access amid expectations of an altcoin season.

1 Month Update on my $10K to $1M Portfolio

In this week’s video, I’m giving a full update on the 7 tiny altcoins I picked just a month ago. My conviction has never been stronger I’m still buying more, and I believe altseason hasn’t even started yet.

The Final Barrier For Crypto Just Broke

In this episode, I break down what the fed rate cut means for the 2025 bull run, why the top isn’t close, and why September should finish green heading into October.

Narrative of the Week: Pumpfun’s Streaming Meta Takes Off

Pumpfun’s new livestreaming feature dominated the week, blending memecoins with entertainment and paying out millions to creators. Here’s what happened:

Big Payouts: Streamers earned $20M+ this week, with daily fees peaking at $2M. Total payouts since Sep 2 now top $19M.

Token Frenzy: $PUMP rallied on talks over its $10B FDV and buybacks. Over 12.8M tokens launched in a single day, though most streamed tokens dumped right after.

New Tools: Pumpstream dashboard, Grid.wtf’s multiview sniper, and live embeds all dropped this week making it easier to track and monetize streams.

Viral Moments: 9.7K concurrent viewers tuned in. Highlights included a livestreamed birth, a 101 year-old rugging $30K, and wild stunts pushing moderation limits.

Pumpfun’s streaming meta made the most headlines this week as creators pulled in real payouts, fueling a wave of more hardcore content. But rugs, dumps, and moderation risks remain major issues. It’ll be hard to tell if creator capital markets will evolve or if this is just a meta with no staying power.
